Agreement in Plain Words

These terms & conditions govern your use of 1ee Game, also called 1ee com, including the Android APK, any browser lobby, download pages that lead to the app, wallets, games, bonuses, and referral tools. The product is a real money app. You deposit rupees, play selected rooms, and may request a withdrawal. By installing the app, creating an account, or sending a first deposit, you accept these terms.

If you do not accept them, do not download the APK and do not submit payment details. In-app rules that are newer than this page control if the two texts clash.

Who May Use the Service

You may open an account only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You use your own mobile number and your own payment wallet.
  • You can read these terms and the bonus rules before you play.
  • You are not barred from cash gaming under the law that applies to you.
  • You will play with money you can afford to lose.

1ee Game is aimed at adult users in Pakistan who already use JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or a local bank account. We do not invite children, and a parent must not treat this betting app as a new earning app for a minor.

What the Platform Is, and What It Is Not

Downloads and Device Access

The Play Store does not host this app in most listings. You install an APK at your own risk. You agree to download a current file from a source you trust, allow unknown sources only for that install, and turn that setting off again. We are not responsible for malware on a fake mirror page.

The app may need network access, storage for cache, and basic device data to keep you logged in. It does not need your full contacts list or SMS inbox for normal play. If an installer demands those extras, stop.

Deposits

You may add funds through the methods shown in your wallet at the time, often JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer. Minimum and maximum amounts can change. A deposit is complete only when the wallet inside 1ee Game shows the credit.

You agree that:

  • The payment number belongs to you
  • You will not reverse a completed deposit as a way to keep winnings
  • Bonus credit may follow extra rules after a deposit
  • Network or provider delays can sit outside the app

A failed or pending deposit should be raised in support with the transaction ID, time, amount, and method.

Gameplay and Results

Each room has its own flow. A round that has started is usually final once the result is posted in the app. Connection drops can close a live betting app round before you wanted it to end. That risk sits with you.

You must not use bots, scripts, multi-accounting, stolen cards, or any tool that changes odds or hides identity. We may void suspect play and hold related funds while we review the log.

Bonuses, Tasks, and Events

Welcome offers, daily login gifts, tasks, VIP tiers, and timed events are optional. They can expire. They can require wagering before withdrawal. The offer text inside the app on the day you claim the bonus is the rule that counts.

If you cancel an account, unused bonus credit can lapse. We may remove a bonus that was claimed through a referral or deposit that later fails.

Referrals

A referral code is a sharing tool, not a wage. Some pages quote a fixed cash figure after a friend joins. Payment still depends on the live rule in your app and on the friend completing the required steps. You must not spam strangers, buy fake signups, or tell people the earning game is risk-free.

Withdrawals

You may request a cash-out when the wallet meets the current minimum and any bonus conditions are finished. Processing can take minutes or longer, depending on method, checks, and peak load.

We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if:

  • Account details do not match the wallet number
  • KYC or a security check is incomplete
  • Bonus wagering is unfinished
  • Play looks irregular
  • A deposit is still under review

Test a small withdrawal before you move a large amount. We do not send cash to a third party’s JazzCash or EasyPaisa account.

Fees, Limits, and Changes

The app may set deposit caps, withdrawal caps, room limits, and daily request limits. Providers can add their own charges. We may change rooms, odds displays, payment rails, or support hours. Your Content and Our Materials

The 1ee name, lobby design, game lists, and help text belong to the platform and its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the app for personal play. You do not receive a right to copy, scrape, resell, or mirror the service.

Anything you type into support should be accurate. Do not upload other people’s ID documents.

Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Payment partners receive what they need to move a deposit or withdrawal. A real money app keeps a transaction trail. If that is not acceptable, do not open an account.

Responsible Play

Set a weekly cap before the first game. Stop after a losing streak. Do not chase a gap with a second deposit. Do not play if cash gaming is illegal where you live, or if you cannot control the session. This product should never stand in for rent, school fees, or debt repayment.

Service Limits

We aim to keep the lobby online, but we do not promise unbroken uptime. Maintenance, attacks, payment-provider outages, or force majeure can pause rooms and cash requests. We are not liable for lost profit, lost chance, or device damage caused by a bad APK from a third-party site.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, our responsibility for a proven service fault is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction, or to account correction, whichever is appropriate. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and Closure

You may ask support to close your account after pending requests are cleared. We may suspend or close it for rule breaks, legal risk, or long inactivity. Open bonus balances can fall away on closure. Payment records may still be kept for dispute and fraud review.

Law, Disputes, and Contact

Use in-app help first and keep the ticket ID. Include your registered number, time, method, and transaction ID. Do not send a withdrawal PIN in the opening message.

Local law that applies to you still applies. Online cash gaming rules in Pakistan and elsewhere can change. You are responsible for knowing whether you are allowed to play. These terms do not create a licence where none exists.

Final Acceptance

If you install 1ee Game, register, or fund the wallet, you confirm that you are an adult, that you understand this is a betting-style real money app, and that you accept these terms together with the live bonus and payment rules inside the app. If any part of that is unclear, leave the file uninstalled.
